What is House of Three ?

Houseofthreestudio.com is a one-stop online destination that offers a curated mix of clothing, accessories, and home décor.  

Launched in 2009, it has 4 distinct lines of Couture, Pret, Diffusion and Menswear. The Label draws inspiration from various spheres of modern lifestyle, new age music & graphics, modern art & architecture. Clean, sophisticated forms and detailing define the label.

You have to be a registered member of Houseofthreestudio.com to make a purchase.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please get in touch with our team at +91 9740183009 or at sales@houseofthreestudio.com (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm IST) with your order number and your request . You will need to do so within 24 hours of the orders are sometimes  dispatched immediately. Gift cards cannot be changed / cancelled.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?

Our Team member will get in touch with you and a refund request  will be put in motion. The refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment . It usually takes close to 30 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. The gift card once received, can be used right away.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in your account details.

How do I redeem my gift card ?

Enter your card code at the checkout and the  amount will automatically adjust and reflect against the total amount ( validity period is mentioned on the gift card ).

Can I get an customize an order ?

Yes , we undertake custom orders made to your specifications. Pls get in touch with sales@houseofthreestudio.com for your requirements. Custom made and these orders  typically take 10-14  working days to ship out. Once the order is confirmed , no changes and/ or cancellations will be accepted .

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Is there an additional shipping charge?

We have free shipping across India for all orders.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We usually aim to ship out orders within 48 hours unless it is a custom made order. Some products are custom made and these orders typically take 10-14  working days to ship out. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned. As soon as an order is shipped, our team sends you an intimation of the same via email along with tracking details We dispatch our products from Monday through Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Proof of Payment ?

As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from Ccavenue (our partner payment gateway) as a proof of payment.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please contact us on +91 9740183009 or at sales@houseofthreestudio.com. Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

I didn't check out of my cart last time! How do I recover my cart?

To keep track of your abandoned cart, simply log in to your profile from the member icon on the top right-hand corner of the page and go to My Account. Your order history will be listed below!

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product unless they are customised. Please read the individual product page for more details. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed,unsoiled and returned with all original packaging and tags.

What about my money?

Once the return is accepted , the value of the merchandise returned will be credited  to your account used at the time of making the purchase. . It usually takes close to 30 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

What if I receive a damaged / defective /wrong product?

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at sales@houseofthreestudio.com and we will take care of the rest. We try our best to ensure that our products reach you defect and damage free but in the off chance this happens, please share images with us as well. This will help us process your query faster.

Do you have a reverse pickup service?

Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in under 5-7 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will be sure to reimburse an additional Rs.100 to the account that used during purchase.

What is the process to return a product?

Contact our team on +91 9740183009 or at sales@houseofthreestudio.com (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm IST). We will need the order number , products you wish to return and the reason.

How long will it take to process my return?

In case of an exchange , It will take 15 to 20 working days for you to receive a replacement after the product has been received by us.

PAYMENT

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using CC Avenue ,our payment gateway partner. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. Online Payments can be done via Credit or Debit cards and we accept Visa, MasterCard ,Maestro,Discover and JCB cards.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No we do not offer cash on delivery at the moment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENT

How do I place an international order?

Please email us on sales@houseofthreestudio.com with the list products you are interested in, specifying sizing & quantity, your delivery address, and contact number and we will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days.

How do I pay for my order?

Once we have received your final order , you will be directed to our PayPal account. We only ship out prepaid orders.

Does www.houseofthreestudio.com ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with an additional shipping cost.

Is there an additional shipping charge?

There is a relevant shipping charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be on actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time of accepting the order

Is there a minimum order value to ship internationally?

Yes. For international orders there is a minimum order value of $200.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

This depends on the products ordered and where you are. It will take 5 - 14 working days for the courier to be delivered once shipped

How do I return my order in case there is an issue?

Please email us with the list of products you need to return / exchange and the reason. Our customer service team will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days.  

Do you arrange reverse pickups?

No we don't have a reverse pickup facility for international orders .You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost. In case of returns for defects /damage, will this cost be reimbursed through  account transfer.

How can I use my gift card ?

If you have received a gift card, all you have to do is shop all that you love and on the checkout page, enter your gift  code in the discount code section. Your gift card amount will automatically adjust against your total amount

Select 'Forgot Password' on the log-in screen and you will immediately receive a 'reset password' link on your registered email ID with us.

Can I edit my personal information?

Yes, it can be done in the 'My Account' section.

How do I un-subscribe from your services?
